Contract Digital Project Manager in Royal Mail’s digital innovation labs. Delivered three agile proof of concept projects. Worked with 3rd party onshore and offshore vendors and internal delivery teams to bring to market short-term trials of new digital technologies and services including mobile Apps, web services, and GPS tracking technology. Responsible for leading project development, testing, service introduction and preparation of lessons learnt reports for Royal Mail leadership team.

Contract Digital Project Manager working in a digital transformation programme. Responsible for a portfolio of digital projects delivered in an agile environment using Red Dot CMS and Amazon Web Services. • Worked with programme lead, Head of Digital and web site owners to review legacy TfL websites and develop business, strategic and financial recommendation on whether sites should be shut down or integrated with main TfL website. • Took over a £730k in-flight project to deliver an online application that enabled city planners in London to understand the effect on London boroughs of TfL transport initiatives over the next 15 years. Responsible for supplier selection within the government G-Cloud initiative, developing project plan, budget, stakeholder management and introduction into BAU. Project utilised ETL technologies to integrate data from multiple sources. • Delivered a £1.2m school travel planning website to encourage schools to promote sustainable student travel. Responsible for full life cycle of project including writing and presenting project business case to TfL Board, developing project costs and ROI, project planning, resource procurement and delivering final project. Led agile team of testers, developers, BAs, TAs and an external UX consultancy.

Contract Project Manager in a £1.4m global infrastructure refresh programme delivering an Office 2013 and laptop hardware upgrade to 23k users across 57 countries primarily using SCCM 2012. • Developed project plan, ran proof of concept and user acceptance testing, managed offshore development team in India (TCS), coordinated global deployment and user communication plan. • Responsible for designing and delivering process required to implement the upgrade in all Diagio territories. Worked with senior stakeholders in each region to understand and overcome blockers to change and ensure that the project was delivered within time and budget.

Responsible for all service introduction elements of the programme • Carried out business analysis function, working with board level stakeholders through to branch staff to map existing processes and recommend new processes and data flows to support the new gift card system • Responsible for specification, design and end-to-end testing of a 3rd party gift card application including integration and testing with JLP and Waitrose ePOS, finance, e-commerce and CRM systems. • Designed and personally delivered a staff training programme across JLP and Waitrose outlets. • Designed and delivered user acceptance testing, a launch and contingency plan and transition of the project into business as usual. • Managed and mentored two JLP trainee project managers providing training, support and guidance on their work.

Led delivery of a £2.5m B2C loyalty programme into 104 restaurants in the Table Table, Brewers Fayre and Beefeater restaurant chains. • Worked with 3rd part developers to build a bespoke loyalty platform. Worked with Whitbread brand and digital teams to deliver desktop and mobile websites, social media promotional support, point of sale material, staff training and launch planning. • Delivery of an e-voucher loyalty system. This system replaced existing paper vouchers and enabled the issue and point-of-sale validation on mobile devices of e-vouchers. Deliverables included desktop and mobile websites, upgrade of ePOS systems to 617 restaurants, integration with a third party supplier systems and staff training.

International engineering and construction Group with annual revenue of £4bn employing over 13,000 staff. Recruited to create a new Group-wide digital communications function. • Created a digital strategy and standards framework and for the Group. Recruited a digital team and managed the delivery of multiple websites for companies and high profile construction projects within the Group. Managed internal and offshore delivery teams as well as leading selection of 3rd party suppliers. • Project managed the in-house delivery of a global SharePoint intranet upgrade for over 7k users in seven countries. • Delivered an information management system to support the Group’s global engineering function in storing, retrieving and archiving technical engineering data. Worked with stakeholders to document existing and new business processes and defined requirements for new systems.

Recruited to create a new digital project management function to support Britvic and its brands. Acted as internal digital consultant and digital project management resource to brands. • Project managed the delivery of corporate and brand websites and numerous digital brand marketing projects. Worked with brand teams and 3rd party suppliers to gather and document user requirements, run UAT and deliver projects to budget and deadlines. • Project managed delivery of an online digital asset management system for brand assets using an offshore development team. This project enabled user self-service of digital assets and reduced delivery times of assets from days to minutes. • Project managed the delivery of Britvic’s first SharePoint intranet including supplier research and selection, user requirements gathering, content audit and user training.
