Led delivery of a £2.5m B2C loyalty programme into 104 restaurants in the Table Table, Brewers Fayre and Beefeater restaurant chains. • Worked with 3rd part developers to build a bespoke loyalty platform. Worked with Whitbread brand and digital teams to deliver desktop and mobile websites, social media promotional support, point of sale material, staff training and launch planning. • Delivery of an e-voucher loyalty system. This system replaced existing paper vouchers and enabled the issue and point-of-sale validation on mobile devices of e-vouchers. Deliverables included desktop and mobile websites, upgrade of ePOS systems to 617 restaurants, integration with a third party supplier systems and staff training.
