Transformation Programme within Retail Finance across all Group brands (Lloyds, Halifax, BoS) focusing on Target Operating Model (TOM) transition activities to the future state model. Issues Under Management Month-End Reporting – PPI Conduct Risk / Product Partners (Funding/Lending) • Transformed end to end Conduct process across Retail Finance functions • Lead re-engineering process across 13 different business areas to remove duplication, introduce new operating procedures and improve risk control points • Engaged different stakeholders across finance areas to identify risks and issues in the current process.
