My last contract was at DST as a Digital Project Manager. My contract was initially for 1 year but was extended to two years. I am now looking for my next Project Management contractor role. I have a keen interest in marketing, ecommerce, Account Management and Project Management. I work well as part of a team and independently and I enjoy a challenge. In my spare time, I like to travel and play sport, especially touch rugby and tag rugby. I recently became travelled to Colombia and Thailand and became a certified scuba diver in Koh Tao.
I was initially on a 1 year fixed contract with DST, which was extended to 2 years. I have managed a selection of campaigns for Public Health England, RBS (DST’s largest client) and the Money Advice Service, which included website builds, API setup, ECRM campaigns, SMS, pack fulfilment (direct mail), HTML/creative, campaign reporting and data management. This was a very client facing role which required frequent client meetings, project plans, resource planning/management, burndown reports to assess time spent vs project budget and to work alongside HTML, creative, web dev, SQL, email production and analysis teams to ensure all work was completed as specified and on time. An agile project management style was required on most DST campaigns.
Dodec is a digital agency who create websites, microsites, mobile, apps, video, marketing, advertising, social media and print. Web languages included Ruby, .net and Hybris. Key Clients; Groupeseb (brand and ecommerce websites including Tefal, Krups and Home & Cook), Surrey Orthopedics, Faktree, Profile Productions. Key Responsibilities I managed projects end to end, coordinated/managed a team of designers, resource management, meetings with client/account management, quality control, cross-browser website testing, business development, quote creation, CMS systems, website management, reporting (traffic reports using google analytics and sales & ROI reports), affiliate scheme management, social media, partnership deal creation, managed PPC activity and copywriters for SEO. Used tools such as Zendesk, Trello, Teamwork, MS Excel trackers and Google Docs. Key Achievements Successfully managed projects end to end, delivered projects on time and within budget, worked well in high pressured environment and with tight deadlines, managed a team and their workflow to improve agency profitability.
P&G Brands Lenor, Ariel, Fairy, Gillette, Pantene, Duracell, Pampers, Iams, Boss, Gucci, Maxfactor Key Responsibilities Led a weekly global call on search where I provide my recommendations to the team, managed the creation process of e-content, manage P&G’s relationship with an e-content agency, provided training on P&G internal e-content systems/websites, managed projects such as researching areas of opportunity with e-retailer websites, evaluated websites on their design and usability, part of the corporate events team which involved organising large scale events. Key Achievements Successfully managed projects end to end and within the time allocated, managed e-content creation for all products across all brands, obtained project results which contributed to digital strategy for Western Europe.
